AI and people
in harmony

Ten years of research into what change does to people at work. Now we are standing in the middle of the biggest change of all.

Lise Fløvik

I started as a psychologist, with individual people in front of me — and saw there what working life can do to us, for better and for worse. As a researcher I followed employees and companies through changes large and small, and the effects those changes had in the short and the long run. Today I build AI companies that use technology to make working life, day to day, simpler.

The roles have changed, but the question has not: how do we create good, lasting change — for people and for the bottom line alike?

Talks

Change, unpredictability and what it does to us

I speak to leadership teams, professional communities and conferences — grounded in the research, with everyday life as a founder as the reality check.

I reply within two working days, and I will say so honestly if I am not the right person for what you need.
